I have struggled with my weight for some time now. 😔
I tried many diets, I have had a few eating disorders, and I eventually got tired of trying.
After a few traumatic events, I let myself go completely. I was putting so much junk into my body and being as inactive as I possibly could be. 🛋 🥔
I became fed up with myself, and knew that I needed to make a change. I have made several habit changes and have made a lot of progress. I have some more ideas that I am excited to share with you!
