Preparation Is Key

I used to get the worst anxiety worrying about my #future . I would get so stressed out ๐Ÿ˜… thinking about what was next in my life.

Recently, I began to focus on the present moment. ๐Ÿ’• In doing this, my mind has shifted from stressing about what is to come to being in the present moment.

This relieved my #anxiety and I am able to see the next steps so much more clearly. โ˜€๏ธ Now, I use my energy to prepare for what is next instead of freaking out about it
